12 x Sessions (Example - 2 x blocks of 6 broken down) - over the 2 days - Intensive EMDR, Trauma & Integrative Therapy, inclusive of B&B accommodation and facilities, (Choose from 2 = breakfast, lunch or dinner options).
18 x Sessions (Example - 3 x blocks of 6) - Over 3 days - Intensive Trauma Therapy, EMDR (plus little extras), inclusive of B&B accommodation and facilities, (Choose from 2 = breakfast, lunch or dinner options).
24 x Sessions (To be utilised as you wish) - 5 x days, 4 Nights (Monday to Friday) - Intensive Integrative Trauma Therapy, EMDR,’ Inner Child’ Work, Walk & Talk Therapy, Tarot and Crystal Ball *(Subject to religion or belief) *- inclusive of B&B accommodation and facilities, (ALL 3 = breakfast, lunch and dinner options over the 5 days - (Checkout after Breakfast on the Friday)*
